I've decided I need to change some things in my daily routine. I'm not happy with how I feel right now. My body is in desperate need of some exercise and healthy food, and I sleep waay to much.
So from now on I'm going to bed at twelve and getting up around nine depending on what I'm doing that day. I'm taking a walk that's at least 30min long every day and as soon as it gets a bit warmer I'll switch a few days a week to jogging. No more candy, fruits taste just as good. I also need to start eating at least one cooked meal a day.
I will also spend 1-2 hours a day studying, more if I need to (like before tests).
I've been planing to get a gym pass for a while now, but I don't have much money. So I'm gonna put together a training schedule by my self. That and getting up in the morning is probably going to be the hardest...
I'm really going to try my best at following this, I'm glad it's the weekend now so I can try to get used to my new sleeping schedule.
